Unique Business & Financial Models
Wireless Information Networks’s (WIN) Business Model has evolved over the past several years in direct response to the needs of the various participants in the deployment of our Enhanced In-Building Cellular (EIBC) infrastructures.
While the early years of this technology saw building tenants expending large amounts of capital to correct signaling issues within their leased space, WIN developed the Indoor Cellular Enhancements (ICE) Service Access Plan. This model affords building tenants the opportunity to simply subscribe to the enhanced cellular service through a monthly fee, thereby alleviating any large capital outlay.
WIN’s current business and financial model allows even greater flexibility to deploy Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) for tenants, building owners, and managers as follows:
Building Owners & Managers
WIN’s current approach to the design and subsequent deployment of our Enhanced In-Building Cellular (EIBC) technology is based on a simple process of negotiating with the cellular providers to gain up to 100% subsidy for this infrastructure. Through a simple Letter of Authorization and our Professional Services Agreement, WIN will work on behalf of building ownership and management to investigate the viability of the cellular Carrier subsidy for your property. WIN has developed a comprehensive Carrier package outlining the proposed design and will engage each carrier on your behalf. This consultancy arrangement and due diligence is completed at no cost to the building owner or manager.
In all cases, WIN will attempt to leverage a 100% subsidy for your property. In cases where that is not achieved, WIN will capitalize any unsubsidized balance internally and create the OPEX structure under our ICE Service Access Plan and/or offset building owner/manager payments, inclusive of our restitution provisions. Enterprise Clients/Tenants
Our program specifically designed for the enterprise client currently leasing space within a building has multiple options as an extension of the core model highlighted above. We will work closely with the enterprise IT staff to develop a comprehensive carrier package and provide additional flexibility in the financial model to include full carrier subsidy, as well as an initial deployment model funded by the enterprise client with the intent to provide up to 100% subsidy through a restitution model, or the ICE Service Access Plan, once WIN has secured multiple carrier participation and capital contribution for the complete infrastructure.
