All Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) installed before 2010 will need to be upgraded to allow the propagation of all carrier’s 4G services. Minor infrastructure components such as splitters and antennas will need to be replaced for new versions that allow the propagation of the 700MHz portion of the spectrum. Remote and head end equipment will need to be reconfigured and in some cases, replaced.
